RSSW Silver Bend-Resistant Carbon All-Season Alloy Wheel/Rim

I went in a day after the due date only an hour after getting the email saying my product is available for pickup. Go to the car center to wait in line. There was 2 people being served ahead of me and 2 staff. There was a boomer named Richard I believe who was loudly ranting about how dumb young people are and how smart his generation is, taking intervals of short breaks to socialize with the mechanics and complain about the printer, the snow, etc Meanwhile a line of 10+ people had formed waiting to be served. The millennial staff member managed to in the same time service 2 people and myself before Richard could service one person. Still ranting about people based on age as I was leaving. This took 37 minutes for me to pickup 2 rims. A process that with technology should only take maybe 5 mins. I can deal with the ageism as that is normal for older people. But there has to be a way customers can scan their QR codes and send a notification to customer service they are there and ready to pickup now.

I bought these wheels for mounting my winter tires on but I wanted an alloy wheel that looked like my Audi’s wheels. They are a very good match.

Looks good on car. Have Carbon Black Rims for summer tires, so this is a nice change.

Website said they would fit my car, but they didn’t

I actually like the rims but the service I received from Cdn Tire regarding my online purchase of these rims. Wow, where to start? I went online to the Cdn Tire site. I had included all of the details of my vehicle, including tire size. The rims in question were shown as fitting my particular vehicle. They were also shown as being online items only, not a regularly stocked item in Xdn Tire stores. In the same order, I purchased a full set of the appropriate sized tires for that vehicle. The order shows that both the rims and tires are for that specific vehicle. Only problem... the rims were 17 inch and the tires were 20 inch! When I went to pick up the order, I pointed out the error to the Cdn Tire store parts Mgr. I was told by that individual that the error was mine. I asked for a credit for the rims and undertook to get rims somewhere else. Unfortunately, none were readily available so I went back online with Cdn Tire to reorder the same rims, only in 20 inch. I had a terrible time getting the online shopping tool to not default to the 17 inch size of the rims. I finally got the order placed and was told that it would take up to 5 days to arrive at the store. On the 5th day, I called the store in queztion and asked to speak with someone working on online orders. The individual responded that they were the one to speak to regarding online orders so I gave them my order number and was told that they did not have the ability to track it. When I pressed them, I was told that I had to speak with the online order person. After 7 minutes of waiting on hold, someone who sounded an awful lot like person No. 1 answered and we went throught the same song and dance. I then asked to speak to a manafer. After more waiting, a manager picked up and basically said online orders are corporate's responsibility and not the store's. When I pressed them on this, I was paased on to another manager. That person repeated many of the same things that I had already been told. Finally, I was told that the information this final person had was that the rims were on the truck but that no ship.ents arrived on weekends. As it was Sunday, I wad told to wait and see whether I received notification that the rims were ready to pickup and, if not, to call that manager back before 5 pm. I hu g up after being on the phone with 4 different people for over half an hour. I received an email telling me that my rims were ready for pickup at the store...15 minutes after I hung up the phone. Really Cdn Tire? DO BETTER!!!!
