Il y avait un trou dans mon boyau lorsque je l'ai ploguée, je me suis arroser sans bon sens. Je n'ai pas retrouver ma facture mais j'ai garder le carton et au prix que j'ai payé je suis vraiment choquée !!!!!

developed 2 big bubbles in the hose shortly after purchase one of which burst leaving a 3 inch tear in the hose. Discontinued at my local store. Wonder why?

N'achetez pas ce produit, dès qu'un petit plis se crée sur le tuyau, il gonfle et se fend. J'ai changé 2 fois en 1 mois pour finalement me faire rembourser!

Q: Adapter? Is there an adapter I can get as it is not big enough to fit over the spout I have on my house.

A: Most garden hoses are designed to fit standard household spigots (or faucets) in conjunction with national garden hose standards. So unfortunately if the spigot is not designed with that considered, an adapter wouldn’t be able to solve for that, as the adapters are as well designed to work with standard spigot specifications.
