Good heavy construction, easy to install, the only problem I had was that I could not find a Flow Direction Arrow. If you did not know how it works, it could be installed backward.

Q: What method of installation? Does this have internal threads or is it glued in?

A: The ANKA check valve is made with Female (internal) standard NPT Threads. It can be connected in line using a threaded male adapter or connected to any existing male (outside) threaded fittings, pumps or valves. The valve does not require gluing but can be used in addition. The valve is a plunger style and can be installed at any angle.
