It's a glow in the dark Cleo! Most people carry a little camera flash extracted from disposable camera's to make them glow fast and efficiently. A shot or two from the camera flash in the palm of your hand will have it glowing for about six to twelve casts depending on flash brightness. It does work well for night time fishing.
