Don't let CT replace these in car w/metal in oil

Don't let CT lead you to believe you should replace these in cars that have chunks of metal in the oil and oil filter. Total waste of money prolonging the inevitable engine failure. Car ran exactly as poorly 2 days after these were replace.....

VVT solenoid (intake)

I have a 2013 Terrain that was getting a P0011 code indicating a vvt intake fault. The car would occasionally stall or idle rough. It only took about 30 minutes to install the new one and the code is cleared.
