Good product but no instructions

I needed to use this right away in the parking lot of the Loews where I bought it but it had no instructions on how to use the ratchet mechanism. The big box hardware stores hardly have any staff to help you with things like this but I was able to get some basic instructions from a staff member. But without some diagrams or written instructions I had to wing it when I got back to my car. After a few false starts I got it figured out but it would have been a lot easier if some instructions had been provided that showed not only how to use the system but also how to unwind it after use. The instructional video at the site is only somewhat helpful and not so convenient when you need to use the product right away. Good product once you get it figured out.
