Does not stick

This was the last roll on the shelf. And I'm not sure how old it was. But at least the first half of the roll was not sticky at all. After application it completely peeled off. It would not stick to any surface. After rolling out at least half of the small roll finally came to a part that was sticky. I have no confidence that this will continue to stick where it has been placed.

A: It would be more like scotch tape as opposed to duct tape. It also streches a bit to form.
