Ive loved using the Vida by Paderno medium rectangular ceramic baking dish. Its one of those pieces thats both practical and beautiful. The glossy, scratch-resistant finish holds up really well with regular use (& I use it regularly!) and the handles make it easy to lift straight from the oven without any stress. I especially love how effortlessly it goes from cooking to serving; the scalloped design feels elevated and makes even simple meals look thoughtful and put together. - Product gifted by Canadian Tire.

A good baking dish is underrated these days, the versatility, presentation and ease makes cooking and baking a joy! Ive made fluffy pancakes, roasted carrots, quiche and dips galore!
