The M+S symbol differentiates an All-Season tire from a Summer only tire. While rated for light snow, they will not match a winter tire for traction or stopping distance on snow and ice.

Accepts Studs

Poor performance on ice and snow

a year ago

I've used two sets of Hankooks on two different vehicles. When the road is even slightly icy they consistently slip at red lights and spin on green lights. I'm the jerk ahead of you with the slow acceleration when the traffic light is blinking that ever-too-short left-turn signal.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Q: What Hankook studded winter tires will fit my 2008 Chev Impala--16 inch ? I have had my Hankook studded tires for over 10 years, but everyone I look at on your site says they do not fit my car !

Availability varies on region so please contact your local CT service department to see if they can order them in for you.
