When do I need to wear a hard hat?
Hard hats are a must-have on construction sites where there is a potential for head injury, whether from falling or flying objects or impact against surfaces. A hard protective shell and suspension fitting ensures that hard hats deflect impacts and protect your head from other hazards such as liquids.

What size hard hat should I buy?
Our selection of hard hats are one-size-fits-all and have adjustable straps for to ensure a good fit.

What features should I look for in a hard hat?
A vented hard hat is a good option if you work outdoors in warm weather, offering ventilation so that hot air escapes, reducing sweat and improving your comfort and focus.

Do hard hats have an expiration date?
Properly stored hard hats can last up to 5 years, though it's recommended to replace them after 2 years if they're heavily used. It's also recommended to replace suspensions every 12 months.

When is it time to replace a hard hat or safety helmet?
If the hard hat shell is cracked, perforated, or deformed in any way, it can no longer provide adequate protection and needs to be replaced. Similarly, if the suspension is damaged, the hat won't absorb shocks or fit properly, and will need to be replaced.
