When used properly, tie-out cables are a good way to give your pup time outdoors. These cables should be secured safely, and your dog should be wearing a proper-fitting collar or harness. Ideally, dogs should also be supervised as much as possible and not left out for too long.

How long should a tie-out cable be?

We carry dog tie-out cables as long as 50 feet. The length you need will depend on the space you are working with, but generally 20 feet is a good amount of length that gives dogs enough room to roam and relieve themselves.
