Problème d'insertion.

Une tige trouée prévue pour fixer le bas du porte bagages était impossible à insérer dans l'espace prévu pour la visser, dû aux soudures trop abondantes et aux tiges tordues. Donc, pas d'échange possible puisque j'ai dû forcer pour insérer la tige trouée et laisser des marques. Et en passant, ce type de porte bagages ne convient pas aux vélos de marque ''Specialized''. J'ai dû trouver un autre moyen de le fixer autour de la tige de selle.

Q: what accessories are included in the package? Does this come with accessories to allow it to be mounted on the seat post or bridge between seat stays or brackets to wrap around non-circular seat stays with no eyelets on the side under the seat?

A: To confirm, this rack comes with adjustable rods that will attach to the eyelet on the seat stays and near the dropout. It doesn't fit on the seat post.

Q: Would this rack be compatible with a full suspension bike? Bike: CCM Apex 17/19" This rack is recommended as a compatible part for this bike on the Canadian Tire website but it appears to not be.

A: The Universal Rear rack will not fit on the CCM Apex. Dual suspension bikes by their nature are not compatible with rear racks (other than seat post mounted).
