Yardwork Customer Service Not very Helpful

Lawn mower works fantastic but unfortunately the blade fell off and I could not find the nut in the grass. I called customer service that was listed in the 30 + page manual and even though it shows a detail drawing and knowing it is part #83 Yardworks costumer service could not tell what the part was. Very frustrating!

I love the look

I bought the 96V yardworks self propelled mower a few days ago and I absolutely love it, has a beautiful cut, easy to operate, compact storage, comes with two powerful 5.0h battery's and a double charger. I love it just as much as my Exmark mowers

Self propelled option will not disengage

Nice machine overall however when I release the self propelled leaver the wheels should be released, unfortunately they stays engaged around 50% of the time.
I'm sure it's probably because the unit is new but its a bit of a pain.
If I continue to have this problem I will contact customer support
