3 years agoA: I had large spruce with lots of knots Bought this unit and it split 16-18 inch rounds up beautifully.as well as 20-24 inch rounds of Fir Saved me a lot of back breaking work. Bought the unit on sale. Think it would do ok on your Pine.

Q: Do you need two hands to operate this unit. I bought another model then returned it. Did not have a on and off switch you had to hold switch down an control cutting leaver at same time
