Weak plastic body = handle attachment failure

The handle attaches to the plastic body, but the attachment point is too weak. Mine eventually tore apart on both sides. Now unusable.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Fantastic Lawn Mower!

Have had this lawnmower for a few years and it is still running like the first day. Easy to move around, lightweight (when it comes to lawnmowers), easy to start, no cords or gas to contend with.
Runtime is not an issue. It runs for longer than 30 minutes in my case.
Mine came with two batteries, so while one is in use, the other is on charge.
I recommend it to everyone.

I bought this about a month ago and WOW what a difference with no electric wires, it's very light to move around, very powerful no gas or oil to change this Mower battery last up to 40 to 50 minutes and it's really quite very pleased thank you.

Light, powerful

Just used it for the first time today, so I can't speak to durability, but the plastic housing is thick and sturdy. It's as light as it gets for this type of mower (30 pounds) and easy to maneuver in small nooks. The battery is 40 v, double that of some other 14 inch mowers. It lasted over 30 min with power to spare. The mulching is excellent, even in tall grass. No need for the bag and better for the lawn.

Absolute Junk

Bought one of these and shortly after the warranty expired the starter switch just died. Called the support line who told me "look up a repair shop" and the online support never got back to me when I inquired about purchasing a replacement switch. The mower itself wasn't very powerful and the whole thing felt very cheaply constructed. Maybe would work if you have just a small grass area to cut but for this price? There are much better options. Completely will avoid Yardworks in the future, have had nothing but quality issues with anything from this line.
No, I do not recommend this product.

A: La batterie a besoin de 90 minutes pour se recharger complètement une fois déchargée et offre jusqu'à 30 minutes d'autonomie sur une seule charge. Quant à l'utilisation de la tondeuse sur une pente raide, nous déconseillons l'utilisation de la tondeuse à gazon sur des pentes de plus de 15°.

A: Yes. you can. The mulching feature is built into the back cover of the mower, to use the mulching feature, simply remove the bags and close the back cover.

Q: Where is the mulch plug located? The manual does not show the plug which given the grass did not mulch, I am assuming is missing.
