Dangerous

Battery swelled during the off-season, even though I didn’t have it connected, and I had it almost fully discharged and stored properly. I’m glad it didn’t explode and set my house on fire.

This battery needs to be nearly fully charged to work and after only 3 or 4 years it died altogether. I replaced with an electric hedger which is much more powerful.

I find this to be an excellent trimmer. However the battery will not operate the trimmer when it is down to 45% charge. I dont know whether it is the battery or the trimmer. At 90$ for a new battery I will buy another brand.
