I use this product regularly

I use chalk lines all the time. I bought this product just to have a different colour, and it is, check. I laid out my job and it worked as it was supposed to. There isn’t much more to say about chalk. It’s coloured, it’s dusty, it worked with a string line.

Does the job

Marks a line as expected. Tends to bind up when cranking. Uses a slide door for adding chalk that tends to slide open and leak, chalk ends up everywhere. If you aren't worried about the mess it's durable and does the job.
