quiet, comfortable, easy to assemble

assembly is easy and instructions are straightforward. Customer support is excellent when I needed help. Bike itself is quiet and powerful. I was initially worried 8 power levels is not enough, but in practice I find it more than adequate: it goes all the way from barely noticeable resistance to only able to pedal at a low speed. Lots of available programs if you want to do a special workout, though usually I just set it at a fixed resistance (4) while watching TV at home, beats the gym any day. Really love it, and honestly no reason to spend more money on a fancy bike. These things are built to give exercise, so you know, smoother mechanism is actually worse. (not that this bike is not smooth, just can't figure out why some bikes cost a thousand)

Yes, I recommend this product.

Good Manufacturer Support

Purchased for my wife and she likes to use the recumbent exerciser. I have encountered a problem saving a custom user setting and a ticking sound while exercising. DYACO replaced the computer but the problem storing a user setting persists; maybe the instructions are not clear enough? I've posted this on the questions forum. The plastic pulley wheel cracked causing the ticking sound, but the manufacturer replaces any defective parts without any hassles. It's unclear if this was defective when I bought the bike last winter or if it failed recently? I suppose some problems might be expected, but the Canadian manufacturer seems very willing to work with the customer to restore their product to a fully working condition.

Yes, I recommend this product.
