Quiet, so very quiet.

This is my third mowing season with this mower. It is so quiet, efficient and easy to use. I've owned another make of battery mower in the past but the Worx mower is better by far for its vacuuming power. I get four to five mowings on a single charge of the battery.

Light weight Easy to manuver. Height adjustment isn't as easy as it should be & less selections. Handle height not adjustable.alittle high.Does what I need. May buy an upgrade in a few years

A few issues

Going on my 3rd year with this model, and overall I am happy with it and retains just enough power to cut my 70X90 property. But the 2 primary issues is that the lawnbag is useless (clogs easily and does not fill to capacity). You should expect to use the mulcher which works well. The other issue is the foam handlegrips which started to fall apart after the first year. The other tip is to take in your battery and store inside over the winter to save battery life.

Battery problems

After only a year of use on a very small yard, the battery will no longer charge. This makes the mower useless. Added to that, I can't find a battery replacement on the worx website.

Q: Approx. how long will the battery last before it has to be replaced?

A: That’s a hard question to answer. Keep in mind it is a lead acid battery which if properly maintained, it should last 3-4 years. However, if the battery is not maintained properly the consumer may only get a season out of the unit. If the customer has followed the recommended storing and charging procedures and the battery has prematurely failed please capture the serial number on the battery and mower. We will replace either the battery or mower depending on the individual circumstances.

A: Je ne l'ai pas pesé, mais elle est très légère, je l'estime aux environ de 25-30 lbs sans batterie. La batterie fait pratiquement le même poids!

Q: Comment se procurer une autre batterie ? Après seulement 2 semaines d'usure, j'ai oublié la batterie dehors et avec la pluie, elle est complètement morte (scrap). Je dois en acheter une autre. C'est surement pas couvert par la garantie :-) Combien ça coûte et où dois-je m'adresser ?
