[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 20v 4.0 Amp battery to use with my string t rimmer. Having 3 acres and several trees and shrubs, now I d on't have to wait on charging a battery in order to finish the job. It charges and performs with no issues

I have several Worx 20V tools and the 4.0 Ah battery provides the additional run time I need to get jobs done. I have several and run one while the charger gets the other ones ready. Very convenient!

Best Battery Ever

I added to my batteries that I operate my Worx weed eater and Blower. Well two batteries isn't enough. So I purchased this 20V battery and OMG, it's like hitting the jack pot. I finished my entire yard using only the new battery. I used one of the smaller batteries for blowing. But I used the new battery to weed eat the entire yard. I have 3/4 of an acre and mostly lawn. This has convinced me to purchase a new WORX battery lawn mower.

Q: I have 2 of the 20v 2ah batteries. Of the 2, I have 1 that gets really hot and doesn’t last as long as the other battery. I’m sure a “hot” battery isn’t normal. I’ve had it past warranty, is there any way to replace as manufacturers warranty?

A: I have two of those batteries also and have the same problem. I left one of them charging to long and might of over charged it. I labeled the batteries A and B when I first got them and I know which one has a shorter battery life.

A: Just to clarify your answer so nobody else is mislead. It does work with the Trimmer WG162 and Blower WG546. It DOES NOT work with the WA3835 charger. I had to use the original charger that came with the unit. Love the battery compared to the original battery, lasts 3 times longer and feels like it gives the tools more power.
