Résultats acceptables pour les petits couteaux mais très décevant pour les couteaux plus longs ( couteaux de cuisine par exemple). La partie qui retient le couteau n’est pas assez rigide et dès qu’une pression est exercée à une des extrémités d’un couteau plus long le couteau bouge et on perds l’angle qu’on avait au centre du couteau. Pour le prix il y a moyen de trouver mieux … surtout qu’il est indiqué sur la boite que cet appareil est approprié pour les couteaux de cuisine !

Simple et efficace

Cet outil fonctionne très bien et il a aiguisé tous mes couteaux. Il a transformé des couteaux qui ne coupaient plus en véritable scalpel. La seule chose à savoir est comment l'utiliser. Une fois que l'on comprend le fonctionnement, tout baigne! Je le recommande fortement à tous ceux qui aiment lorsque ça coupe pour de vrai.

really not worth it for larger knives, their is not enough length so for larger knives you have to make multiple passes to get down to the tip of the knife. I have yet to get a nice sharp edge on any of my knives i get a better edge with a cheap pull through product.
