Everyone has the same issue. The light doesn't work for more than a couple months.

Canadian tire is aware of the issue and instead of recalling the item, there liquidating them trying to get rid of it with profit even though there ripping off clients selling them a product with inherent defects. Fine canadian retailer selling junk at an apparent discount price.

J'ai le même problème qu'un autre utilisateur. La lampe a fonctionné pour une seule charge de batterie. L'indicateur rouge lumineux indique que la batterie recharge, mais lorsqu'il vient le moment de l'enlever de sa charge (après plus de 24h pour être sur), elle n'allume toujours pas. Mauvaise qualité, vous devriez choisir un autre produit.

Won’t turn on after charging

Bought this over a year ago - had the same issue as most with the light not working after charging- set it aside to return it, then miraculously began working again so I didn’t bother returning (and had lost receipt by this point), next time charging no issues but third time charging and it’s not working again. Can’t believe this is still being sold and listed as a “best seller” item. Canadian Tire should have recalled these and replaced them free of charge with the aaa battery version “made” by Woods.
