Q: How do you stop cakes from sliding? The description says it holds up to 10" cakes. When you have a smaller cake, how do you stop smaller cakes from sliding inside while transporting?

A: I put a tea towel on the bottom first and then the cake. It holds the cake in place.

Q: Approximately how many tiers of cake will it hold? Average 2 layer, or larger for 3 layer and decor?

A: The inside of the cake caddy measures 12 inches in diameter at the base, 10 inches diameter at the top and is 6 inches deep.
