West & Arrow 3-in-1 Charging Station with LED Light, Grey

After a month of it being plugged in it started making a loud pulsing electrical noise. Sent an email to West and Arrow customer support and they have not replied after 3 weeks. Can not use the charger as it’s too loud and uncomfortable.

This charging station is a great bedside addition. You get a light and can charge your phone, watch and earbuds at once. If you have all three in one spot it is very convenient. You cannot have a cover on your phone but it is not hard to take mine out of the case. You cannot add other devices so this is very specific for 3 devices only.

Phone charger works great, fast charging and great spot. Apple Watch charger could have a little more support to hold it as sometimes it falls slightly and disconnects and doesn’t charge. AirPods charger seems to not work for AirPods 3rd gen.

So the product comes with touch sensitive buttons to adjust the brightness of the light, turn it on or off and changing the colours. The length of the cable is great. Only major concerning issue is, it comes with the old round pin power cable, so you can not connect with your any other cables in the house. It only works with the round pin cables that been discounted for more than a decade now. Talking about charging stations: 1. For the smart watch place, it’s small. I had a sports grip band on Apple Watch and that does not band easily till the watch body ends, as it had a big heavy case. That didn’t fit well in the place and was keep on disconnecting reconnecting the charging. 2. For AirPods or wireless earbuds: this works best. It’s fast, the stand is good and big for different sizes to work with. 3. For phones with wireless capabilities: Think twice on this. It comes with removable and sliding small heighten stage thing. So if you are using a small device, you will need to use that stand to make the wireless charging work. If you have big phone, slide that stage thing on the side easily or remove it. The wireless charging coverage area is small. So it has to be right in the centre for the device back to touch but the phone’s base standing are is wide so that does not fit together. Like one place is big so a person can just put the phone on that but that is not centred for wireless connection to charge it with the phone!! Bad thing. Now, the lights are good, but the lights are throwing it inside of the frame. So either you max the brightness with Yellow, white or orangey coloured light to maximise it in your room. But now here’s the catch; if you are sitting or sleeping with the same height where it’s placed, due to its design to throw light inside of the frame, that hurts your eye with light all the time. So personally, I never used the light because it’s on same height of my bed.

Cheap plastic. My apple watch 8 is rarely recognized by the unit thus doesn't charge.
