Broke and no reply from customer service...

Purchased the unit new at Canadian Tire and assembled it at home.
The unit is decent enough for exercising. Unfortunately the unit broke at a critical weld and in not able to be used. Customer service was emailed and two weeks later there has been no response. Buy at your own risk. I can't recommend this product based on performance and lack of care from customer service.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Wrong pulleys

A: Jimbob Yes, this system can provide a bench press exercise. (Sit on the seat and hold the handles with an overhand grip. Raise your elbows. Keep your back straight. Fully extend your arms, return to the starting position.) You may also like the military press technique. (Sit on the seat and grasp the handles of the squat arm with an overhand grip. Q: Can the machine be used for the preacher curls, or do you need to buy a separate bar and weights to use the preacher pad?

A: You do not need your own bar to use the preacher pad. You can use the supplied bar or hand grip to do culs with the preacher pad. Disregard that first answer.

Q: At 76”, how much clearance do you need for the height? (How high should the ceiling be for this to be used?)

A: UmAm You will not be needing much more clearance above the top of this equipment as most of the motion during use happens below the 76" height. A standard ceiling height of 9 feet will give you plenty of space, but even an 8-ft ceiling would be adequate. Please let us know if we can help with any further information.
