Thank you for your review! With this particular unit it's only a 3G unit so it's going to boost your 3G voice and 3G data. If you would like to boost your high-speed data, you have to have a 4G booster to see any sort of amplification on your phone or other device that uses 4G. If you're wanting 4G, I would return the unit you have and get the 4G unit to be able to boost your internet. I hope this tip helps you find better satisfaction in our booster's capabilities. I have had the product for 6 months. I live on a hill just outside of Toronto. My Cell reception was sketchy at best in the house so bought a 3G Omni. Outside my signal varies from 102-108 normally. When I plug the machine in it usually gives me 5 bars for the first 10-20 minutes. After that it is not constant at all. Sometimes 5 bars --- sometime 1 bar. Does not even seem to change with weather. When I purchased it I did not know I could have got a 4G for my Iphone 6 and do wonder if that would help but I have already bout the 3G (simply because the salesman did not really know about the product) so can not see gambling again for the money. I will say that I have trouble writing negative as the service people on the phones were very good to deal with and I do believe the product is probably good. Perhaps just not in my area?
