    Great stick

    The warrior evo next lacrosse stick is a great stick for novice and peewee players, age 5-12. I found the netting a bit stiff at the start but loosened nicely after an hour or so of use. The shooting strings are an excellent tension and the ball comes out of the pocket straight, which is helpful for those starting out. The head width is wider than most heads, again great for beginners to learn to catch. The head is firm and has standard spacing for lacing with an indented bottom edge to protect the shooting string from wear on the bottom. The extra shooting string is a nice touch not found in many heads and seems to help with smooth ball motion in the pocket. The stick is 40” long so it can be cut to a comfortable length for the player. The stick is metal, and is light weight which means it may not be strong enough for older players who tend to bend light metal sticks during gameplay. The kids on the team loved the stick colours and used the stick gameplay when their sticks broke. Overall, the stick impressed me for the price and is now the stick I use to run practices. If you don’t know much about lacrosse sticks, I recommend the warrior for the beginner to intermediate player getting into the game.

    Lightweight and super maneuverable

    I was pleasantly surprised with the stick. It looks and feels solid and yet it is very light. You’re able to throw the ball with a lot of force and it feels well balanced when doing so. Out in the lacrosse box this stick has been put through rough handling on the asphalt and it’s stood up well. I’ve treated this stick like it’s not my own since day one and it’s been great at the challenge. Would recommend it to anyone who wants a solid product.
