Works well and is easy to use

I like the steamer. It's not like the professional ones that you can rent but its great for small jobs. I use it to clean grout, my BBQ and some tools. It's easy to use and seems to work well.

Superb Wallpaper Remover

I highly recommend the Wagner 915e Steamer for removing wallpaper. It did an excellent job taking off wallpaper that I originally installed 35 years ago in our master bathroom. Wagner provides several easy‑to‑find videos that clearly show how to assemble and use the steamer, which made getting started simple. Through trial and error, I found that the most effective technique was to begin steaming at the top of each wallpaper panel, peel the full width loose, and then work my way down the wall. Allowing the peeled section to drape over the steam plate helped keep the steam concentrated and made the removal even easier. Overall, the 915e performed extremely well and made a tough job much more manageable.

Love the size of the water tank

I used this to clean the grout in the kitchen and bathroom. I used to scrub the grout on my kitchen floor with a brush on my hands and knees, this is a great improvement. The water in the tank will last about a half hour so you’re not always stopping to refill. It does make the room hot and steamy so not great on hot summer days!

915E steamer purchased to remove wallpaper

We purchased the 915 model steamer to remove old wallpaper. The machine worked well and as advertised. I suggest you make the case a little bigger so all the accessories can be stored on the machine or supply a box large enough to hold the bigger accessories. Mor important would be ro design the case so one could wrap te hose around it when not using the machine and be able to clip in onto the case. Typically we used it to remove wall paper andd then put away. It would be nice to have a drain on the bottom to make sure all water is drained out before itis stored.

I've used it a couple times now to clean my shower, kitchen, and my grill. It's worked perfectly! Plus, the water reservoir holds more than an ample amount of water to get most jobs complete without having to stop, refill and wait for it to generate steam again - very nice!
