Great for quick workouts

They are very comfortable and easy to store and help to enhance my workout I definitely recommend this product . It’s a good investment especially for those to do a lot of walking and dance move workouts. I love the increased of weights over time it’s cute and easily attached with Velcro.

Comfortable and effective

My senior mom has been using this as I find it too light she actually really likes it. She uses them mainly to help strengthen her knees and the weight is light enough that it doesn’t feel too hard or uncomfortable but still makes a difference. It’s been a nice way for her to add a bit of resistance without overdoing it.
They’re easy to put on and adjust. They stay in place and don’t feel bulky which is important for her. Overall, it’s been a helpful and practical product for knee strengthening, and she’s happy with it.

great for strength training/physio

I used these weighs as my physiotherapist suggested which was for a few minutes at a time during my work day. I work retail so, just walking around and doing stocking was the most common time I used them. I have carpel tunnel and these weights are helping me strengthen my wrists. so far I can work longer before needing to rest my arms so I know they're working. I would definitely recommend these for strength training.

Comfortable weights

The closure is enough length for anyone to be able to use them. It was easy to put on. They don’t exactly stay in place. They kind of fall down. They’re a bit bulky, but I believe they will last the Velcro is quite tight. Not sure if these are going to be my go to, but not a bad product.

Great to add some resistance to arm workouts!

I was excited to receive this ankle/wrist weight set from @influenster and @CanadianTire! I was actually in the market for a set of light wrist weights to boost my arm workouts, so the timing was perfect. I love the quality of this product, and it’s just heavy enough to add some resistance to my high rep activities. I can feel the difference for sure. They’re also super easy to use and very comfortable, with no assembly required. I would purchase this brand again based on the quality of this product.
