The Vileda® Flip Mop 3Action is a 3-in-1 hard surface floor cleaner designed for dry, wet and baseboard cleaning. This versatile floor mop features ultra-dense chenille on one side for efficient particle pickup. Absorbent microfibre on the flip side removes stubborn dirt and over 99% of bacteria with just water. Bought this for hard floor dusting as the disposable hard surface cloths are just becoming so expensive as to be unsustainable. Decided to invest in this unit as I have always found Vileda products to be a of exceptionally high quality, efficient, and effective. Now, if Canadian Tire would only stock extra mop heads so I have a number of them on hand when I need extras, that would be wonderful. Hint, hint, Canadian Tire! :-)

Q: can I use this to spread wax to polish my vynil flooring

A: I have never used wax on vinyl floors, not sure if it is a good practice. I use this mop's white side to dry sweep the vinyl floor, then use the blue side to wet mop. When I wet mop, I used soapy water as the first step and finish off with clean water to prevent any sticky residue from the soap.

A: I have not used a cleaning agent with this flip mop head. I don't see any reason why you couldn't. I wash the flip mop head after 1-2 uses all the time.

Q: Does the telescopic handle fit into the Vileda broom head as well? I want to buy this for my RV since I have nowhere to store a regular length broom, being able to switch back and forth would work well for me.

A: Hi there Beatrice! Unfortunately the telescopic handle will not fit the broom. Our mops have a specific design for the telescopic handle to fit.
