what does real service mean and does Canadian Tire even require it?

Was unable to move the handle to squeeze the sponge and had to come back to the store. The store employee had to put some serious muscle in to get it working. He summed it up by saying the difficulty was the sponge was dry. I was pleased by the simple solutions although I haven't tried it. .
There was no sorry you had to come back to the store or sorry you had to pay for all the gas (at almost $2 /liter). I guess real awareness of serving people and what is important just doesn't comenaturally and has to be taught or modelled.

It fits nicely into most buckets.

I haven't used it much yet but I washed my ceilings and the long handle made that possible. I also have arthritic hands and the sponge comes up wet but not dripping. The pull up handle to squeeze the water is easy to pull even with my weak hands.

Q: How does this mop wring out since even with no mop head in it doesn’t roll anything I can’t get this mop to work like the old ones did simple they were not this one stupidest design plastic that’s not gonna last long not for me it doesn’t wring by handle

A: I agree it's cheaply made. Mine does roll and wring out but it does have to be very wet. When first used I had to give it about 5 tries before it worked properly. The handle is very tight. Maybe the interior of the handle it broken. I'd take it back.

A: yes, but why would you want a refill for something that doesn't even work, it will not hold the sponge, just keeps falling out

Q: Wringing Instructions The handle on the stick of this item seems only for releasing the head. Is it as well meant for wringing? Thanks

A: But I would like to add a caution-don't pull the handle down if the sponge is dry, or you will risk separating the connecting rod from the head.
