Noise is minimal

Just recently received it and it has been functioning quite well. The noise as it heats or cools the water is very minimal. Cleaning it out prior to use, although simple, it takes a lot of water to get the vinegar taste out of it. Instead of two rinses that it recommends, I had to do four. Although I have no problems using it, the other occupant, who is much older has problems finding the spout where the water disperses.

  • A: La lumière UV de stérilisation située à l’intérieur du réservoir d’eau froide du distributeur est conçue pour « s’auto-nettoyer » pendant l’utilisation. La lampe UV fonctionne selon des cycles de nettoyage réguliers afin d’empêcher la croissance de bactéries à l’intérieur du réservoir. La lumière UV n’est PAS destinée à désinfecter ni à purifier l’eau entrant dans la machine (ces appareils sont conçus pour être utilisés avec de l’eau déjà purifiée provenant de bonbonnes achetées). La lumière UV a pour objectif non seulement de maintenir le réservoir d’eau froide propre et assaini, mais aussi de réduire le temps nécessaire au nettoyage manuel de l’équipement du distributeur d’eau. Il est toutefois recommandé d’effectuer un nettoyage complet de votre distributeur d’eau de façon périodique (en suivant les instructions de nettoyage du manuel) afin de nettoyer toutes les conduites d’eau du système.
