Nice sharp knives. Attractive slim block design doesn’t take up a lot of counter space. Only issue is instruction booklet mentions sharpener but there isn’t one included.

Great Knife Block

High quality magnetic knife block with super sharp knives out of the box. Block is magnetic on both sides and can hold a lot of knives. Santoku knife is shorter than I'm used to which actually makes it really useful for smaller jobs. Knives are Chinese steel rather than German steel like other Paderno knives. Can't comment yet on how long they will hold an edge. Stainless steel base with the acacia wood looks really nice on the countertop. Definitely a great deal when on sale.
