Annoying shortcut buttons and window too dark.

It microwaves food but design could have been better. I don't like the shorcut buttons on the numbers.1-6. With all the preset buttons I've never had to select 1 minute to 6 minutes, rather it's something in between, like 2.5 minutes for popcorn, which requires and extra button push. Not a big deal, but my previous microwave you just hit 2-3-0 and start. Now I have to do "Cook Time"-2-3-0 which isn't convenient. The window is also very dark so you can barely see what's going on inside without sticking your face up close.

It's ok. I bought a different one but it came in with the glass shattered. We returned it and picked up this model instead at 100$ higher price than the one we returned because stock was limited. It does not seem to heat up as quickly or well as our previous microwave which we were originally replacing. I considered returning this one as well but thought maybe it's just getting used to it and learning all the functions. A month later, it is still just 'meh'. But its nice to look at.

Buttons stop working after 13 months

We bought this microwave on June 2022. And it’s stop working in 13 months. Lights are on but buttons are not working. We are a couple and we didn’t use it too much still looks like brand new.

This was not the best product at all

We went through two of these. First one made weird noises so we returned it (easily, which was nice) for the other one in stock. That worked well for a few days, then started making the same weird noises before it stopped heating things completely. Returned it and ended up with a different brand.

A: Vous n'avez qu'a tenir le bouton arrêt/annuler pendant 3 sec. J'ai eu de la difficulté a réussir mais a le faire plusieurs fois cela a fini par marcher. Disons que je ne le verrouille plus car pas évident. C'est le seul défaut que j'ai trouvé car j'adore mon micro-onde.

A: I would suggest a small chicken. Cut up pieces would work for even heating. This is a good microwave size for a condo which was the purpose I bought it for.
