Wished it worked.

I installed 4 of these units in my one bedroom apartment a week ago. This morning my cats found another mouse.

I placed 2 of these about 10 feet apart in our garage as first line of defence & placed a kill trap about a foot from one of them. I have caught 7 mice in that trap in the last month... These are a total waste of money! Same results in my neighbours basement

The Ultimate Test with live mice

Biggest piece of JUNK. Do yourself a favor and don't bother. My teen has a pet mice. We put the mice in the proximity of the plugged in device. ( it was in the extension cord on the floor). The mice sniffed it and walked right on top of the unit. What a joke!! And a big rat in the garage is supposed to be repelled by this. I rather give the 30 to the needy than be ripped off like that.

JUNK don't buy

I had this inline with my dogs food bowl and it did nothing! Then I elevated the dog bowl to the level of the wall plug and still the mice do not care, there are droppings everywhere.. everywhere, my whole kitchen in pure (thick) Tupperware. I was hoping to not have to keep laying out seed poison and wait for the carcase to rot in the walls. These ultrasonic sound things are junk no matter where you put them or how many you have!

Jury is still out on IF these do what they claim

I installed three of these units last year. One in garage, one in utility room where mice seem to enter the house, and the last in shed. Compaired to the years prior, I did see a reduction in the number of mice that entered the house through the utility room and no mice were caught in my slap traps in the garage. Hence, they appear to have some effect. This said, I still caught mice in the utility room so it is not a complete solution. Of note, they do put out a "noise" so I would not recommend for an area you will sit in regularly.

Yes, I recommend this product.
