Handles are poorly designed

These are very difficult to carry from the handles when the containers are full. The material is too flimsy causing the handles to bench and if it’s too heavy it will basically collapse in your hands. Only good for light duty

Semi-sturdy sides- poor design

I bought these because they were on sale. I do not like that the handle sides are pushed in so much as they limit the space and square items that can be placed inside. Poor design but for the price, acceptable. Semi-sturdy sides that will protect the breakables but not good for alot of moving. The totes take up more space because of the roundness that the more expensive kind. If too much weight it places on top, the lid caves in slightly. Good for light items only when stacking

Q: Can anyone advise how secure the lid is when it is attached? I have purchased bins before for moving and don't want to have to tape the lids on! Help appreciated!

  • A: I used them for lightweight home storage and the lid is ok. Cannot overload as material is not very sturdy. For moving purposes I would suggest taping for added security.

Q: What is the type of plastic and is it food safe? Looking to use it to grow plants but do not want plastic to degrade
