Poor Quality

We bought this one week ago to replace the same one from CanadianTire. The old one lasted 15 years and used in a weekly basis. It finally broke so we bought the exact same one. It collapsed and broke the first time used. Very disappointed and 50$ wasted. Thankfully still have the old one which we will fix up. Unfortunately don’t have the receipt as I wasn’t expecting this to happen E

My university dryers are broken. This has saved my life. Fits in my dorm and can dry all of my clothes at once. It folds away really nicely. Would recommend for anyone who has subpar dryers in their life or a lot of clothes to hang.

Q: Is it really in store? I tried to find this in Richmond No.3 Road but I couldn't. It was not on the shelf. But it said in stock on the website.
