Overall I was very happy with this product. It was easy to apply, easy to polish and seems to be wearing well. I have spent 3x the cost on other waxes which have given worse results.

A: Helps keep the paint protected and helps prevent decay of clear coat so yes it will in a sense prevent rust how ever if rust has started it will not slow or help

Q: Is this a Carnauba was? Does it have any hard cleaner additives in it?

A: Turtle Wax Super Hard Shell Paste Wax does contain carnauba and silicone. It is a cleaner wax with mild abrasives that help to clean the surface as you are shining.There are also minor polishing agents to help remove surface contaminants.

Q: can this product be used for a white color car? I saw that the produce is kind of bluish color.

A: The Super Hard Shell Paste is suitable for use on any color. However, this product should not have a blue tint. We have a paste wax called Ice Premium Paste which is a bit bluish, but is also suitable for use on any color car.
