Terrible product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased a troybilt backpack blower, weed eater, edger when we moved to a 1 1/2 acre property. After 2 years the blower quit, was told itlost compression and would require a ring job that was more expensive than a new blower. The weed eater will just quit while using. Very disappointed with Troybilt.

Costly mistake

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This blower lasted one and one half seasons. Stopped working would not start did all recommended new fuel new spark plug etc. took in for repair. Told estimated cost to repair more than buying a new one.

A: The backpack blower 060-3879 has only the blower function available but we do carry a 25cc blower/vacuum from Troy Bilt which is SKU#060-3834.

Q: Do you have to mix gas with oil

A: Yes, just as you do with any 2cycle engine - use only good quality 2stroke oil and premix with gas to the desired ratio beforehand (30:1, 40:1 etc).

Q: What is the proper CFM ? On the CT features it says 350 cfm airflow volume, 135 mph airflow velocity. On the CT spec's it says Max Air Speed - 150 MPH (241 km/h) with air Volume - 500 CFM. Which is it...big difference in CFM.
