No helpful customer service for Canadians

Do not purchase ANY type of pre lit trees from Canvas! The lights do not last!! They are beautiful looking trees, but for the price, you would hope to get more than 2 seasons of working lights. It was very difficult to get customer service through Canvas themselves. Canadian Tire was great, but they just transfer you to Canvas which is an American company and they will not extend their warranties to Canadians. Very disappointing for Canadian Tire to carry their product and not have proper customer service to stand behind them!

Poor quality, lights stopped working

We also bought this tree two years ago and the lights are flickering this year. Sometimes it's fine, but most of the time its like we're at a disco and we have to shut it off.

No, I do not recommend this product.
