Thule Xsporter Pro Shift truck racks deliver front-to-back flexibility. The Shift racks adjust anywhere along Thule TracRac base rails (sold separately), giving you more options for carrying gear- from a rooftop tent to cargo baskets holding up to 600 pounds. They work with certain tonneau covers too when paired with TracRac. The aerodynamic Shift racks feature load stops, locks and durable powdercoated aluminum construction to resist corrosion, so you can load up and hit the road worry-free.

Great Rack and Easy Install

Friend of mine has one of these which caused me to lean that direction. Very easy to put together and is a solid, well built rack. Highly recommended!!!

Solid Rack

I bought this rack to mount my roof top tent. It's a solid rack and the everything fits well and slides easily. My only complaint is the plastic end caps for the bars had already snapped off. I barely touched them and the cheap plastic end cap just broke off. Not great for the price you pay. They should be made out of aluminum. The Installation instructions are also terrible. I'm very mechanical so I was able to figure it out but many people would be lost. How about using some words.

NO Rails

The product probably is a good product but i still do not have any rails to mount it on! I have everything else, which is useless without the rails.

Thank you for sharing your feedback on the Thule XSporter Pro Shift. The bed rails used to attach the overhead rack to the vehicle are sold separately, since the individual rails required are different based on the vehicle they are attached to. Using the "Select Your Vehicle" tool on the Thule.com Truck Racks product page will show the complete collection of components needed to complete this installation.

Perfect Rack system!

Building process was a bit more cumbersome than anticipated. Instructions were almost minimal, which I would have preferred more script than just generic pictures of how it supposed to attach onto the bed of the truck. I also was not given any spare parts for anything section of the build (Very Nerve Wracking). After building the entire system I am very pleased and very happy with my purchase and absolutely love that I can collapse and adjust the rack system to my liking, that was a very big pro! All in all I would recommend anyone this rack system as long as it fits the sizing requirements which is almost all trucks. Something to note for others, I knew this before purchase and wasn't any issue for my intended uses, is that the rack sits an inch or two under the cab height. This is definitely something to be aware of but overall very pleased with this system!
