We just drove 3000 plus kilometers carrying 4 sets of skis and have zero complaints. It kept the skis secure and was easy to open and close. You'll need longer screws if you have thicker crossbars like we do. We also put pieces of weatherstripping on the bottom support piece to provide some extra padding. The attachment pieces are v shaped and there was a big gap. The weather stripping works well.

Mediocre but works.

Lock freezes if it gets a little wet. Had a hard time getting the key in to unlock it. Not crazy about how it attaches. Screws stick out a long ways and it takes a while to run them down. Also the nuts are not lock nuts. Not crazy about that. I changed mine to M5 lock nuts and use the impact to carefully tighten. Wish the attachment part was on a hinge so it's 1 less bolt to tighten. Doing it with the included T27 security key would be painful. I bought a long T27 security bit to mount in the impact. The part that holds the skis works well. Just make sure you can move your forward cross bar far enough ahead. I bought the factory crossbars from Ford and I can't move my skis far enough ahead so the tailgate doesn't hit them when it opens. My skis are 184 cm but that's not fault of the rack.

A: Hi, I have a brand-new 2023 RAV4 XLE with an original roof rack. However, when using the Thule snow carriers, there's significant roof noise that's quite bothersome to me and rear passengers.

A: Q-1 No idea, I put it on a 4 Runner. It’s pretty universal so I imagine it will Q2- yes, I put two boards next to each other on it, plenty of room for a board and skis.

Q: Will this fit 2019 Mercedes GLC 300?

A: Hello, All vehicles need cross bars to install any carrier. I am sorry but the Mercedes GLC 300 with factory bars does not work with the Thule snow packs. If you have a Thule rack on the vehicle than the universal snow pack will work. Please contact a local Thule dealer for more information.

A: Hello, I am sorry there is no sport rack roof rack system for the Hyundai 2020 Tucson, With flush rails. You do have some options with the Thule roof rack system.
