Product Details

The most versatile Thule overhead system for your the TracRac SR racks. Slide the racks on TracRac Base Rails (sold separately) to adjust the space between the uprights to fit any cargo load. Each system supports up to 1250 pounds using lightweight aluminum construction with a durable silver finish and stainless steel hardware. The oval crossbars feature an aerodynamic design, T-slot track and quick release load stops. The uprights corner brace design ensures exceptional stability, include tie down points and quick knobs for easy maneuvering while removable. TracRac SR racks come in three sizes (compact, full and super duty) and require TracRac Base Rails (sold separately). Backed by Thule's lifetime warranty.

I received the wrong base rails

I have a 2020 Silverado 1500 crew cab. I ordered the correct base rails - 21782. The box said 21782 but the paperwork inside was for 2013and earlier and the hole pattern did not fit the rear pocket holes in my trucks bedliner - very unhappy!

I have had many of these racks. The finish on the last one I bought didn’t stay on hood. My old Trac Rac still look new. I wish you made them in black.

The rack is well made and functions well. For something that is moveable it feels very solid. Moving the overhead parts on the tracks is really easy, they glide smoothly. Taking extra care in aligning the rails probably helps. The only downsides I've come across so far are that the side rails get extremely hot in the sun which makes reaching into the bed of the truck or leaning on the rails painful. Also, if you slide the rear uprights forward as far as they go, the two crossbars create a lot of wind noise. When they are positioned at the front and rear of the bed this isn't an issue, but it's disappointing since pushing the rear bar forward out of the way was one of the biggest reasons I got this rack.
