My favorite

This pan is great for a small meal. Even omelets don't stick. My stove is glass top and the flat bottom of the pan makes excellent contact which speeds up cooking time...nice when we are in a hurry! It heats quickly and cooks evenly and clean up is a breeze. We are so pleased with it that my husband, who loves to cook, had me order it in more sizes.

Love this little frypan. Most used on weekends for breakfast service. Being small, easier to wash, handle, ideal for cooking one person's eggs at a time. Melted cheese will stick to it. I've used mine for a few years now, and it's going strong and I expect to use it for many more years.
