Les ressorts cassent et ne se remplacent pas

J'ai utilisé cette trampoline durant deux mois, 4-5 fois semaine pendant 30-40 minutes et c'est la deuxième que les ressorts cassent et comme ça ne se remplacent pas. La première étant sous garantie j'ai pu la faire remplacer on a cru a un défaut mais la deuxième pareille. Je ne pèse que 110lbs et il n'y a pas d'abus d'utilisation alors même si quand elle est neuve c'est un charme elle ne tient pas la route je la recommande pas.

We bought this for as a gift for our two year old granddaughter who loves to bounce. It was easy to assemble with the help of a few small hands. It was an immediate hit with her and six year old sister and four year old cousin, Time will tell as to how it stands up to use, but if it gives her anything close to the amount of time that she would get from her other gifts, we would consider it an appropriated gift.

Very Noisy!

This is just ok. It's easy to set up, but it's only last me 6 months until springs started breaking. Biggest complaint is that it is incredibly loud. I replaced it with the Body Break one, which is so quiet and sturdy.

Great product, great price!

Bought this product for my 3 kids (with autism), 6 years and 5 years old twins. Toughed almost a year with no problem. They had so much fun with it! Only thing that cost a star to it is the vinyl cover that starts breaking slowly and unfortunately now, the trampoline is in the basement. Can't use it without the cover for now and it is not available to buy separately. Even with that, I would recommend the product!

Q: Does it come assembled? I returned one from Walmart as it was impossible to pull the springs to assemble...with the help of a strong 25 yr old who even tried using a crowbar.

A: Im a 24 year odl woman who weighs 140 pounds im oretty small. it was super easy to assemble you jsut have to lay it out flat the springs are on it two bolts to hold it flat and then legs tada!

A: It would depend on how hard you jump on it. If you are over 250 I don't know, as it is rated for around the 200 lb mark.

A: No, the legs do not fold. All 6 of them need to be unscrewed for storage however, the trampoline itself folds away nicely to the quarter of its size.

Q: Can I buy just the cover? We bought a mini-trampoline a few months ago and my son has used it a lot. However the cover is torn and badly needs replacing. The rest of the trampoline is okay. Is it possible to buy just the cover separately?

A: When I set up my trampoline I was going to put the cover on it then decided not to- for me I didn't really need it on and I prefer not having it on because it covers up the springs. I was concerned I might mis-step and jump on the springs by accident, so now when I am using it I can see where the springs are which makes me feel more comfortable when I am using it.

Q: i'm having a hard time unfolding this. how hard do i have to push down? Do i have to unscrew it at all first? or is mine a defect?

A: Step1. Find a flat, level area for dismantling. Step 2. Remove the legs. Step 3. Remove the safety pad. Step 4. Remove the nuts and bolts from the joints. Step 5. Place both feet on one half of the trampoline, hold both sides of the trampoline, and fold it in half again. WARNING: KEEP HANDS AWAY FROM JOINTS WHILE FOLDING THE TRAMPOLINE. Step 6. The trampoline is now ready for storage with the legs and safety pad
