Q: I thought the purpose of grass barrier was to stop grass from spreading under the soil and into the flower bed. Or is the weed barrier fabric sufficient to prevent this?

A: Thank you for your email. The purpose of this is to edge a flower bed. I have not had any grass grow under to the other side. it is really easy to use and cut.

Q: Can it be arranged in a circle? Like for a tree?

A: It will not curve well. Plastic pegs that hold will break through the rubber. I don’t recommend trying a circular pattern . Having said that we have had it for 2 years and it holds up well and looks good even with some “soft curving” in the pattern you make.
