Have been using a couple of these bits heavily for a little better than a week, and as they don't show any appreciable wear yet, I can't complain about their quality. Given that you get 11 bits for $15.00 I can definitely recommend the set to the home handy man, not so sure about use by a professional, but they do come with a lifetime warranty. If past experience with Powerbuilt is any indication, Powerbuilt will stand behind their warranty (although for $14.99 + tax, I'm not sure it's worth the hassle to try and get replacements when you probably need a particular bit immediately).
Yes, I recommend this product.

A: Items included are: Includes T8, T10, T15, T20, T25, T27, T30, T40, T45, T50, T55 bits with 1/4" and 3/8" bit holders. See image attached.

Q: Warranty Coverage These bits come with a "Lifetime Warranty". Two part question: Does this warranty cover normal wear and tear or only manufacturers defects, and secondly, who provides the warranty service (past the regular CT 1 year exchange warranty)?

Q: Small Torx sizes Hello. I am looking for small torx sizes as small as 2 or 3. I am trying to open the heat sink compartment to my laptop computer. Does this kit include size 2 or 3? Does Canadian Tire sell small sizes? Thanks!
