Soaks fabric throughout

I bought this iron in 2019, was on sale, extremely disappointed, it leaks water all over no matter if the tank is full or half full. steam is not adjustable, I use a spray bottle to dampen the fabric. I do not recommend this product.

I purchased this iron late 2017 and when the one year warranty was up - so was the iron, all it did was leak water all over. When turned to a setting, the Auto-stop light was the only element to work. As my old iron was over 20 years old, I wanted to treat myself to a new iron they don't make the new irons like the old irons - the old ones were built to last!!!!

Q: Why are you selling old model FV4025 in the name of T-Fal Easy Cord Iron? I purchased this based on the model number (FV4476Q0) provided by CanadianTireTeam. But I found out that the model number is FV4025. It's an old model iron and does not even mention "cord-away technology" anywhere. I'm confused. Please clarify.

A: This iron had a model rolling change in September 2015 from the old model of FV4476Q0 to the newer model of FV4025Q0 so that is why there is a model variance. The old model number is still the one in the system so we will have this corrected.
