Tell the builder to try the bike out after building it

I bought the bike, told it had to be built. Got the call it was ready. Went to ride it and the pedals wouldn’t move which caused the chain to fall off. You’d think the guy building them would maybe make sure it actually performed as a bike. CT did offer to refund me as it wasn’t working properly and I didn’t want to wait for the builder again (and didn’t really trust them). I ended up fixing it myself and decided to keep it. Wish I could have just built it myself but wasn’t given the option. I did damage the back rain guard when the bike didn’t move and I fell off and bruised myself badly.

    Everyday, shorter distances bike.

The bike is on a heavier and a lower assembly/parts quality side. But once you re-assemble/readjust pretty much everything (bearings, gears, etc.) on it, it rides well. have had to replace the front derailleur by a spare taken from an older bike due to a bent original part. I have done all that myself because because could not trust the CT assembly and to save time visiting the store.

Great bike , easy to ride , like that it has the fenders over the tires for the wet roads.

Q: Hello , how much air pressure should be in the tires of this bike. We bought it from Canadian tire in Surrey.

    • A: Hi, Check on the side of your tires. It should say how much air pressure to put. In my case, it's between 50-75 PSI but check your tire as it may be different.
