Works okay but after 2 cloudy days (it usually is here in Ontario) it’s dead and needs charging by plugging in into a 5 volt usb charger.

Missing parts and lamps switched

Unfortunately when we opened the boxes at home, we found that the solar panels and light bulbs were missing, and the actual lamps were switched with electric lamps. We were so shocked and disappointed. We thought we found the solar lights that we needed.

This could be better

Agree with previous reviewer that the lamp base will not fit flush to the wall without some additional shim or spacer or washer. The fully charged system does stay illuminated through the night. It provides good lighting (not bright enough to read by but bright enough to provide safety). Comment to the retailer, Canadian Tire. If this product is intended for Canada, ensure Canadian mounting screws are supplied. Phillips head screws are not what we use up here. Use of PH screws requires 3 hands to make installation easy. Likely one of the most frustrating installations since my electrical apprenticeship.

A: The light from the bulb is a cool but not blue light. It is not a harsh light at all.
